Good hotel, area is sorta not great. You need to pay attention to what you're doing. Really liked the views from the 9th floor where I was, reception was nice while there. (posted a pic of it) Very inviting lounge area, not intimidating. Since it was my first time traveling alone to Brazil it was comforting.

I liked the location, it was close to the metro station which also had a shopping mall. It was easy to take the metro either to the center of the city to see museum or other touristic places and to Guarulhos international airport. I liked my room, it was clean, cosy and comfortable. The breakfast had a big variety of foods, including traditional Brazilian snacks that I love. The staff had no problem guarding my luggage after check-out while I visited a few more places in the city because my flight was leaving late in the evening. There are a variety of games down at the lobby which is a great touch.

The staff were so amazing and friendly with us. The cleanliness surprised me and the size of the room make me so happy. I would recommend it for a friend of mine.

Ibis hotels are my favorite, they have great location, prices and amenities. I only stayed for a night but I loved it.

The locations was quite good, 25 minutes from Guarulhos Airport and 5 minutes from metro/train station. member staff Lucas was very profissional and helpful.
